For the best results with retinol, start small and take it slow. In the beginning, use 1-2 drops in the evening, three times a week, and gradually increase to every other night. This initial period helps your skin adapt to retinol.
During weeks 1-2, apply it 2-3 times a week at night after cleansing, targeting specific areas like the eyes, mouth, forehead, and neck. You can adjust how much you use to suit your preferences.
From week 3 onwards, you can use it every other night after cleansing, spreading it over your entire face at the moisturizer step. The "building tolerance" phase can vary, so continue until you feel no discomfort, then slowly increase usage and areas covered. This approach ensures you get the most from the product while keeping your skin comfortable.
