Feels Refreshing!
I really enjoy using this in the summer. It helps cool my scalp and rehydrate it. Sometimes when I am out in the sun with high temp, my scalp dries our so this feels refreshing.

Didn't work well for me
This did have a temporary cooling effect on the scalp, but also made my hair frizzy. It was difficult to get it evenly distributed on the scalp -- the nozzle rotates sideways too easily, so I kept accidentally spraying it more on my hair than on my scalp.
