Shipping
Orders placed before 3 pm on a given day will be processed and shipped the day after (1 day turnaround). Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on following Monday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.
Cupidrop.com offer Free U.S. standard shipping (2-8 business days in contiguous US; longer for US locations outside the contiguous US) on purchases $50 and over, excluding taxes and before any discounts. U.S. Shipping for orders under $50 is a flat rate of $6.95.
International shipping rates start at USD$30.00 but please email us to get exact shipping rates depending on the destination & the weight of the shipment. Additional shipping charges are calculated by USPS depending on the weight and the destination of the package. Please allow up to 14-21 business days to receive goods. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Please email us at info@beauteers.com for any other international shipping inquiries.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date.
Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Please email info@beauteers.com with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization).
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cupidrop.com is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns, to ship it back to Cupidrop.com.
Refused shipments will not be refunded.
