Strong smell but works wonders

I have a medical condition that makes my scalp awful all the time (it's always flaky with occasional pustules) and which has even caused me to lose a bunch of hair (falling out due to the skin being so bad), so I have to be careful and minimal with what I use on my scalp and hair. For this, I smear all over my ends, very gently massage it into my scalp, let it stay on for 3-5min, and then rinse out. My scalp feels a little more raw/sensitive immediately after I shower, but it goes away within 5-10min and I've then noticed an improvement in my scalp (less dry and inflamed) for the next couple days, which is nice. It also actually leaves my hair moisturized and shiny too, which my main conditioner doesn't. That said, I only use it like once per week because of its potency, as I worry that using it every time would be too much. Also important to note: it has a VERY strong smell. I'm okay with the smell of rosemary, so I just brace myself and then it's all good. But if you don't like rosemary, you will regret even opening this tube. // I'd recommend this for any dry and/or flaky scalp (who doesn't hate the smell of rosemary). I don't know how it would work with an oily scalp; in theory, I think it would help clean up the excess sebum but idk. It doesn't irritate my specific kind of scalp issues (dermatomyositis-related) but MAY be problematic for eczema or psoriasis peeps. I'm a fan and would buy this again.
