Good in every case, but not for me

I have sensitive, acne-prone, dehydrated skin. The texture of this is very viscous which I enjoyed, it was nice and slippery and really sunk into my skin. It was lightweight but definitely can get very hydrating when layered. Everything about this toner was good except that my skin didn't love it. A youtuber said this had gentle exfoliating ingredients in it and that I think was where it didn't go well for me. My skin is very prone to over-exfoliation. Like I can't even use the Benton Aloe BHA toner (which only has 0.5 salicylic acid in it!) so if your skin can handle that guy it can definitely handle this. But if it can't then take a pass on this cult-favorite. I was really sad this didn't work out for me but that's okay.
